You will face divine retribution and forever cursed for making such an unforgivable comment. From now on, all sweet drinks will look at your despicably and will be elusive to you for milk (bubble) tea is unquestionably the most pure, unadulterated, and heavenly beverage in existence.

…

I want milk tea~~~ desu~~~

lol

It can barely taste the tea in it. It’s usually made from sweet black tea (the kind that Asian teenagers like to drink), milk, and some special caramel thingy that I’m not so quite sure about. Trust me, you have not lived until you try milk tea. It comes in a variety of flavor. The boba (or bubble/black pearls/whatever people call it) is optional and I personally prefer pudding (the Asian kind, not the kind that most Americans are familiar with) over boba. Some places also has fruit flavors.

I’m white and I love the stuff… my Chinese friends have introduced me. :)

It comes in different flavors and basically tastes subtly of the flavor (I like Jasmine) and then is very sweet, with a lot of milk. Then there are these balls of tapioca (like in tapioca pudding, only they’re bigger and black). You can pick the size you want. So fun to drink and tasty too!

As far as its classification, it’s sort of mixed. The milk tea itself is a drink; the tapioca balls are more food.

Should you divert one step at the beginning of your path - soon you will find yourself heading in the wrong way. Decisions made in haste always seem to us as extraordinarily noble and heroic, but, as a rule, they lead to foolishness. Do not be afraid of the future. Peer into it and do not be deceived on its account, but do not be afraid…
