So I was looking at the IS school and Tepper school and I noticed that Tepper has a Computing and Information Technology track also. Whats the difference between IS and that program?

IS is its own dedicated program, while the Tepper IT track is some IT flavoring added to the business core.

IS is the way to go if you’re purely interested in information systems, since you’ll be dedicated to its study for 4 years. Meanwhile in Tepper you don’t track til Junior year, which is a turn off to many people who want to do deeper learning now.

Thanks for clarifying for me, after I posted I realized that Tepper is ranked under MIS, so I knew then that CIT (business one not engineer) was basically MIS. and IS is IS. One is more business oriented.
