What is the easiest class at Wash U?

I don’t care too much about the subject, although it would be nice to know an easy science course. I just want to know a ridiculously easy course.

Yeah, this is why you pay for college.

wustl17: you’ll find the classes you’re looking for at another college. Go there. Your parents who are paying for your college education would be much happier too.

Limabeans is right. If you want a easy science course at WashU, you’re looking at exactly the wrong place. WashU is reputable for its challenging science courses. Other departments I’m not so sure about, but WashU is a “study hard, play hard” school and is a very rigorous academic school overall, so you probably won’t find many courses to your description. If you want to take easy courses, go to your state university or something; it’ll be a lot less money.

Limabeans and can2010 said it best. If you want an easy science course, don’t go to Wash U. Let someone who is motivated and is going to put forth 100% and not look for the “easy out” go instead.

While all this is true, you do have to admit that there are a handful of “easy” science classes that some of my friends (either bschool or non-science majors) have taken to get their natural science credits out of the way.

Well I’m not sure about this since i’m still pre-fresh, but by the tone the OP intended as “ridculously easy”, WashU is then not what he should be looking for. A person should not go to an expensive, private university just to slack off.

organic chemistry is pretty easy and fun too. Just ask my friend avi

Do you have to have two full semesters in inorganic chem before you take organic?

You have to take general chemistry (111 & 112) before you can take organic. honestly “easy and fun” is not the adjectives i’ve normally heard ascribed to orgo, though, so i suspect there is some sarcasm at play here ;)
