The “easiest” in my opinion, is one where you have a lot of interest, because you will be engaged and willing to do the work.

Depends on the student. Those with a knack for language and writing might find STEM courses harder. I’ve seen really smart STEM students get completely flummoxed over the methods and writing expectations for history and philosophy courses. Plan to work hard regardless – you get out what you put in (which is a cliché for good reason).
