What is the IDOC / is it a big deal that I havent filed it yet?

Is it a big deal that I havent done it yet?

It isn’t a form that you file, it’s a method for processing documents for a small number of colleges. Check your college(s) websites. It will be a big deal if you applied to colleges that use IDOC to process copies of tax returns etc and you are past the deadline.

My parents haven’t filed taxes yet, so I couldn’t use IDOC to submit 2011 forms. But it shouldn’t matter for need blind schools. You will, however, get your FA package late.

Need blind simply means that need is not considered when the application is reviewed and has nothing to do with the size or amount of the financial aid package. Perhaps you are confusing need blind with “meets need.” If you have missed the deadline I might suggest contacting the school(s) immediately.

The only school that needs this is duke and it was due on the 15th. Would I have any penalty if I mailed it in monday?
