What is the number at the end of your username? Mine is .2

<p>What does that number mean ? Is it like the number of students that have that same last name? Because if that is it i am really surprised i thought my last name was pretty unique o_o</p>

<p>Yep, the number means how many people in OSU history (starting when they first digitalized the system) had that last name. Having .1 or .2 is pretty rare, there are some people who have their number in the thousands. Mine is .17 :P</p>

<p>Some of my professors joke when they log in to to the internet during a lecture and say “now you all know how old I am, my number is only .4”</p>

<p>Wow. Mine is .1395. I figured mu last name would be a lot more common.</p>

<p>DD’s number is .6, and her aunts and uncle account for three of the previous people to have the email address with our last name.</p>

<p>My sister-in-law is an OSU employee, and she has a .1 email address.</p>
