What is the one thing you expect a college to provide for you?

Whether you’ve been to college or are anticipating attending an institution of higher learning, what’s the main thing you want given to you by a College or University?

I prefer resources over anything else; for instance the library. I’d rather have opportunities for individual study and advancement instead of group oriented projects.

free tutoring for subjects like biology, writing, math, chemistry (both general and organic), and physics. Luckily my university offers free tutoring (both one-on-one and group).

I agree with free tutoring.

It’s always nice to know you can find help if you start struggling. Professors aren’t always available so tutoring is nice. Things I’ll like for a college to provide are mostly:

-tutoring (as mentioned above)
-counseling
-up to date resources
-clean and well maintained dorms

I’m on the tutoring, counceling and resources bandwagon.

But also, if in the dorms, up-to-date wifi access is crucial. Went to a college (transfered out for other reasons) that had iffy internet. I was not impressed. It made homework near impossible.
