What is the probability of an irregularity in the scanning and/or scoring process?

Well, guys, that’s the main question: What is the probability of an irregularity in the scanning and/or scoring process in the SAT/SAT Subject Test(s)?

Well, this concerns the SAT Subject Test I have taken (Biology E/M) and I was wondering whether such an error is even possible, please talk out of experience. I got a nasty 690, when the least I should have got is a 750+. HUGE difference for me. Also, note that the test was TOO SILLY for anybody to get below the perfect score.

If such a scoring error happened to you, let me know.;)

Well, I got a lower score on the Math II test than expected (a 660). I expected at least a 700, since I got a 710 last year (and I ran out of time on that test whereas in this test where I got a 660, I only skipped like 6 questions and was pretty sure did the rest correctly).

pretty rarely. are you familiar with the curve and were you aware of how many you actually got correct (or had a good idea of) on the actual test? if you answer yes to both of these, then i would consider contesting my score. again, it’s pretty rare though.

If you want to request score verification, fill this out:

Doesn’t really say, but this applies for SAT I and II. Good luck!
