<p>these ALWAYS show up in the final questions of the writing sections, so i was wondering, are these questions based on inference? how exactly are we to tackle this type of question?</p>

<p>Which book are using? I haven’t seen primary purpose questions in the writing sections from the College Board.</p>

<p>Yes. It’s an inference question but overall it’s a purpose question. </p>

<p>I like to divide the questions into:

  1. Inference
  2. Vocab
  3. Purpose</p>

<p>Every question usually fits under one of these three categories.</p>
