What job opportunities...

are available if i have a degree in psych and law?

depends what level the psych degree is.

If it’s a bachelor’s or a masters: the same as anyone else with similar grades from a similar law school.

If it’s a doctorate:the same as anyone else with similar grades from a similar law school. or maybe a jury consultant or working in a specialized area of the law (which area would depend on what kind of psych you focused on, but I could imagine the degree could be an asset if you were dealing with child abuse cases, for example, or patents on certain kinds of drugs). There might also be some professors who have degrees in both, but it is so hard to become a professor (for the most part, think very top grades from the absolute top law schools) that it’s foolish to go into law school planning to become one.
