I am going apply universities next year, and I got my standred test scores as following:
SAT Reasoning Test:
CR: 570 Math: 800 W: 670
SAT 2:
Math Level 2: 800
Physics: 800
Chemistry: 800
My school GPA is about 3.9/4
What kind of university should I apply? Can I apply the ivy leagues?

Bump, any ideas?

ivy leagues are pretty much out until you get that CR score up…unless you have some incredible EC, hook, etc.

Are you a foreign student? Your English and spelling and sentence structure are a bit off… so I guess I would suggest you take the TOEFL.

If you want to apply to Ivy’s, I recommend trying to improve your SAT score to get in the 700’s in all three areas. Other stuff looks good, but you need to look at EC’s, weighted GPA, and the quality of your essays. We can’t tell you where to apply, but remember to think of financial safeties and safeties and target/matches and reaches (which would be Ivy’s).

So look at your state schools and then go from there.

You really need to get your CR score if you want to get into an Ivy League. Also, make sure to write good essays, as that can distinguish you from other applicants.

Definitely take the TOEFL.

your scores other than your CR and writing are really really impressive. You have a very good GPA as well. It seems to me that you are a foreign student. Since you have almost an entire year to improve your CR and writing. With time on your side, I’d suggest doing some very intense SAT prep and get your CR up at least 100 points. After that, you’re in good shape. By looking at your other numbers, it seems you are capable of that. Do as many practice tests as possible (only real test though) and you should be able to improve significantly

Good Luck!
