<p>So far, i’m pretty sure i’ve narrowed down my laptop choice to two. The HP Pavilion dv1000t, and the Gateway nx260x.</p>
<p>But i can’t really decide. On one hand, this specific HP notebook got great reviews, and I can’t find any Gateway reviews for this particular model (if you know one that would be great!) Bu also, when comparing the two computers the Gateway has bettern technology (ie bluetooth, centrino, hard drive, memory, etc) for about the same price.</p>
<p>I have read pretty bad reviews for Gateway overall, whereas HP gets fairly good ones. </p>
<p>I’m torn between 1) a better machine with no available revies and generally bad rap for Gateway, or
2) a machine with less ‘stuff’ and somewhat outdated but with great reviews and and overall good company, HP.</p>
<p>If you’ve had any experience with either of these companies, or these computers themselves, that would be great. Or if you can find me a darn review for the Gateway notebook.</p>
