What leadership camps are worth including in Common App?

I’ve been to multiple camps throughout the summers of my high school career (not all were leadership camps), but what camps would be worthy to include on an application (I’m aiming for Ivy Leagues)? I go invited to and attended NSLC (National Student Leadership Conference) for a week at NU, would this be worth adding? And if I were to add it, where would I add it to? I got invited to the Telluride Association (but could not attend due to pre-planned summer), so obviously I will not add that.

It’s a shame you couldn’t attend TASP, because it’s probably the most prestigious summer camp of all. My understanding is that being selelcted for TASP is almost like a golden ticket to the college of your choice.

Any camps that you paid to attend are pretty much viewed in the same way. Tens of thousands of kids are “invited” to spend a LOT of money on NSLC, including my own. (She didn’t attend.) When my D applied to college she put summer programs in her activities section. It’s worth adding, but don’t prioritize paid activities over other actvivites that aremore important to you.

if you got into TASP or were invited or something, you should have dropped everything to go lol

Got invited…to go? or to apply?
