Every year the AES scholarships get more competitive. My guess would be the lowest level if you receive one which is $3000/semester. If you are OOS, that would give you in state tuition. Apply early and show interest.

Maybe, your rank/GPA is still lower than they would like. If there is a reason, make sure you explain it thru an essay or a reference letter. Increasing your scores will always help and again apply early. If you do get a significantly higher score you can ask for them to review you.
