What level of schools am I competitive in?

Right now I am a junior, with about slightly more than 3.8 Uw gpa(top 10% according to counselor based on previous years, but I can't be sure about this class, top 5% is usally 3.9 so I can't get it) (taking a normal amount of Ap classes(2 sophmore, 3 Junior+ University French, self studying computer science BC and some more senior(3-5?))
Ap scores:
Biology: 5
Chemistry: 3(retaking it :( )
so far I took these tests:
Psat(16x(something like 50-55 reading, 60-65 math, and 45-50 writing(forgot the last number)(was surprising, when i practiced it i got 190, no prep except for the practice test), also estimated Sat to be about 1900-2000(going to work on writing so hopefully i can score higher or a lot higher))
Sat II
math 2: 750(pretty sure I could score an 800 but i guess not)
biology e: 710(don't know if i can get 800 in this, maybe I should try molecular)
EC's: no standard ones(hours etc)(maybe I will work in a research center this summer, but I am almost sure I will not have more than 50 hours of Community Service), National Mathcounts qualifier, probably will qualify for USAMO this year, maybe for National science fair(doubt it)
Ethnicity: white, but learned another language first, and move here in US in 6th grade.

Major question: should I look into top ivies(HYPSM), or lower ivies higher selecetive colleges.

definitely lower ivies type..

1900-2000 is a little low for the lower ivies, and you don't seem to have any major hooks to make up for it.

Not to be rude, but if you only got a 750 on math II, somehow I doubt you're going to qualify for USAMO.

i dont mean lower ivies as in actual ivy league i mean schools like Tulane, Vanderbilt, Carnegie Mellon etc.

I don't want to turn this into a chances thread, but I will list my reaches and I want you to tell me what are the chances of getting accepted at one
What would u guys say about this list(i omitted a safety and 1 local match, because they would reveal where I live. Uc-Berkley(out of state) is another match, maybe a lower Uc if I don't do as well as I expect.)

Possible schools(not all will be included)
Duke
U of Chicago
Northwestern(probably will apply to either this or Chicago)
MIT
Caltech(might not apply)
Stanford Scea
Princeton(might not apply)
Harvard(might not apply)
Probably will apply to 5-6 of the above

also looking for: EA school suggestions if I don't like Stanford for some reason in future. I also have a question whether you can take the ACT test online as you can with the SAT, maybe I can get away with that instead of studying for SAT, link would be welcomed.

Stats(again):
3.8 Uw gpa, top 10%

Tests:
Sat range: 2100-2250(currently estimated around 1900-2000, a bad PSAT,)
Sat II's: 800(currently 750) math(almost sure, definately will score higher next time). 750(currently 710)? biology e. 750 world history. maybe will take chem(another 750)
Ap tests:
currently have:
5 in bio
3 in chem
expect to have:
at least 4 in chem after retaking
4-5 in world history(this year)
5 in calc bc(this year)
4-5 in language and composition
4-5 in computer science BC
USH, physics C and another Ap senior year + multivariable calculus
Ec's: A sport(not good or recruited)
Clubs(nothing important)

less than 50 hours of community service
research in next summer and letter of rec from it
USAMO(don't know if i can get it, but i am sure I can if I try hard enough)
other minor awards in math and maybe science.

That would really help you a lot. The thing is, do you know what you're talking about? Can you solve even one of the problems here:

<a href="http://www.unl.edu/amc/e-exams/e8-usamo/e8-1-usamoarchive/2007-ua/2007USAMOprob.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.unl.edu/amc/e-exams/e8-usamo/e8-1-usamoarchive/2007-ua/2007USAMOprob.pdf</a></p>

And that's not even counting the fact that you need a high score on the AMC and AIME. With a 750 on Math II you could argue that you're just especially bad at strictly timed tests, but that's exactly what the AMC and AIME are.

I'd put all the schools you listed as reaches for you, actually.

I know what I am talking about, I qualified for mathcounts from a state that ranked about 25-30. The problem is I am not as good as I used to be during that time, and there was no reason for me to keep practicing math in 9th and 10th grade(I started doing it again about a month ago)

edit: you linked me to USAMO not AIME, and I know i will not do well enough on USAMO for it to matter.

Uc-Berkley(out of state)
Duke
U of Chicago
Northwestern(probably will apply to either this or Chicago)
MIT
Caltech(might not apply)
Stanford Scea
Princeton(might not apply)
Harvard(might not apply)

Sorry to be blunt, but ALL of those colleges should be considered reaches for you.

I am not going to insult anybody personally, but i said i hid away my safety and mathces because I didn't want people to know my location.

I was also asking for a % of getitng accepted in at least one of those schools(excluding berkley) not a reach/match/highmatch/high reach/low reach classification. Even better would be to have % for each school.

If you're planning on applying to UC Berkeley, be absolutely certain to take the courses and subjects necessary to meet the UC A-G requirements. You will also need to meet the combined GPA plus test minimums in order to be considered for admission. Keep in mind that these are minimum requirements. Out of state residents are not guaranteed of admission, even if they meet or exceed these minimums. You can find information about both here:
<a href="http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/paths_to_adm/freshman/subject_reqs.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/paths_to_adm/freshman/subject_reqs.html</a>

All of the colleges you're considering are highly competitive. A college list isn't truly complete unless you have some safer bets in the mix. Since you already have some reaches in mind, I'd focus now on finding those safer bets to round out your list. Good luck!

Just want to add that a bunch of strangers on the internet can't really give you - or anyone else - a valid estimate of your chances. We don't know you, we don't know how other students from your high school have fared in the past, and we don't have your application, real test scores, and recommendations in front of us. In addition, many of the people who respond to "what are my chances?" posts here are just other high school kids, with no more insight than you have.

The best person to give you a REALISTIC estimate of your chances would be your school guidance counselor -- I'd recommend setting up an appointment soon after Christmas to discuss your academic record, PSAT scores, overall chances, and your college list. They'd be able to give you MUCH better insight and a sense of your chances than a bunch of strangers on the internet. While there can be useful information here about the college application process overall, this is NOT the place to ask for an estimate of your chances. Good luck!

In addition to what Carolyn says above [ and take it from an old hand here- she really does know what she is talking about] you can get a good idea of your "chances" by researchng the Common Data Sets for the colleges you are interested in applying to. That data will give you the breakdown of SAT scores / gpa / rank%, etc for accepted students.
