I recently got an internship with the Daytona Museum of Arts and Sciences and a virtual YES internship (Youth Engagement Through Science) with the Smithsonian. Also, I got into a leadership program that entails five seminars (Criminal Justice, Government/Education, Social Services, Health Care, Graduation Workshop) that lasts throughout the year. Basically, both orientations are on the same day, at the same time, and are both mandatory. Just my luck. So, if it were you, which would you choose? Thank you so much. If it helps any, my top choice school is the University of Miami.

You should probably do whichever one you’re more interested in.

Right, yeah. I’ll probably go with the internship, it’ll probably look better anyway. Plus science is the subject I plan on pursuing. Thanks.

Go with your passion is the better way to make it “looks” better. Do not make decision simply for pleasing the adcom.
