What is the difference between a Brown degree verses a degree at another college?

It’s not the piece of paper that matters.

i agree. if you meant what makes a brown education better than an education at another college, there are some reasons for that. but if you meant the actual degree-- i couldn’t tell you. like modestmelody said, that doesn’t matter. it’s what you do, what you learn, what you accomplish and achieve that really makes the difference.

Well, unlike certain schools I will not name…

No one will think you’re a tool for going to Brown (unless you go into investment banking like those Wharton losers)

No one can find your school (or the corresponding state) on a US map!

ew. i hate when people generalize that all students who wants to go into finance is a tool. that probably makes you a tool, too.

most people will assume that you are smart, creative, and cool

you will get a great education, get set up for a great future career, AND have a great time
