Does my act score (25) or gpa (3.33) matter more when I’m applying to schools like Iowa Iowa st and the u of minn?

They are both very important. But since your GPA is less flexible, I would seriously try to find a way to retake the ACT and better your score. Maybe more practice books or tutoring?

Is that not good enough for those colleges?

I think Minnesota may be tougher to get into with current scores/gpa. Best of luck!

GPA is more important but a good test score could “make up” for it.

If you are attending a high school in Iowa, you can calculate your own Regent Admission Index right now and find out whether or not you are “in” at the public universities there.
