What more do I need?

I am a sophomore in high school (around top ten in my class of 625)

I have been on my school’s math team for two years. I got an AIME score of 7. My school placed third and second in the AMTNJ competition for the past two years (I was part of the teams that placed). I participate in CJML and am probably qualifying for ARML this year.

I participate in the NJ Science League in the Chem II contest (the contest is for AP Chemistry students). I am probably going to be top five in the state overall. Out of the four tests, one of my scores was the highest score in the state (it was also unmatched).

I am a semi-finalist in the National Chemistry Olympiad (finalist names haven’t come out yet).

For two of my writing pieces, I received a Silver Key and Honorable Mention in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.

I started a Shakespeare Club in my school. I edit, direct, and act in an abridged Shakespeare play. I also direct other people in small scenes and monologues.

My volunteering hours are lacking - around 25 hours at the library and at a fundraiser event for cystic fibrosis.

I have been playing soccer for eleven years (4 years of recreation and 7 years of travel soccer). I have played for my high school team for two years (the freshman and then JV team). I don’t know if I should continue because the varsity coach has a grudge against me.

I have been playing piano for almost ten years. I have passed the ABRSM grade 5 theory and practical exam. I am going to take the ABRSM grade 8 practical exam soon.

I did an internship at Aginova, a company that makes temperature sensors. I designed experiments at the elementary, middle, and high school levels using these temperature sensors.

I got at SAT score of 2260 in eighth grade (790-math, 780-writing, 690-reading). I plan to take them again, but that’s just a marker.

I haven’t taken any AP tests yet, but I plan on taking AP Chem, AP Physics B and C, AP Calculus AB and BC, AP Statistics, AP Lang/Comp, AP Lit, APUSH, AP Computer Science, and AP Economics.

If I want to get into MIT, Stanford, Caltech, Cornell, etc. for engineering/computer science, and assuming I have the grades, what more do I need?

I also am attending a Theoretical Computer Science Program sponsored by NSF in Princeton University this summer.

Safeties (and matches)! That’s what you’re missing; UIUC, U Waterloo, Berkeley, Rutgers (your absolute safety; might even net significant merit aid)…

It seems you are a very talented student. Your SAT score of 2260 in 8th grade is a solid indication. Unfortunately, you will have to retake it in high school. Nevertheless, you are expected to achieve even better scores. Just continue what you are doing for EC and add a little bit more community services as your ECs are mostly academic related. Figure out what you want to study and choose your courses accordingly. I would suggest you to take a few subject tests including Math2, Chemistry (seems to be your strength), and physics. You may want to take AP Chem and AP Physics in Junior year, so you can take the subject tests before the school applications. It is good that you start planning early. Otherwise, it would be too late to find out in Junior year that you could not take a subject test that may be helpful for your intended major.
