What percentage of high scoring students take both the SAT and ACT?

There were 18,111 students in 2013 who scored 34 or higher in the ACT.
There were 14,283 students in 2013 who scored 2260 or higher in the ACT.

The concordance table roughly equates a 34 with a 2265, so these are roughly equivalent scores.

If these populations were mutually exclusive, there could be as many as 32,394 students achieving at this level. But we know that many students take both tests. Is there any data out there that would show how many people score this high on both tests?

I don’t know if there are hard numbers somewhere, but this article (http://www.nytimes.com/2013/08/04/education/edlife/more-students-are-taking-both-the-act-and-sat.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0</a>) had two interesting anecdotes:

So you could extrapolate and say that about a quarter of those people are overlaps.
