What plans are your parents making after your gone to college?

<p>Some parent’s are scared. Some are happy, some are sad. </p>

<p>I know alot of parent’s are making different plans when we go off to college. Weather your the oldest, middle or youngest.</p>

<p>What are your parent’s planning?</p>

<p>I’m my mom’s youngest. So after I leave it’s just going to be her and my step-father. She’s going to be doing alot more traveling, and having peace and quiet because apparently I’m a nosiey teenager with my music and such. And less aruging about what time I got home the night before. Lol and she’s moving to another city also.</p>

<p>My parents want to go to India and live there along with my brother (and we’re not even Indian, we’re Swedish technically - although American citizens!)</p>

<p>I have a swedish friend. His name is Kim :slight_smile: his the koolest, his been in the US for like 2 years now.</p>

<p>Ah ok. I meant to say we’re Swedish by descent. The first thing that came to my mind was “We’re White” but that would’ve projected me in a racist light, in other words my wording would’ve come off all “Indians are a race of their own”, so I used Swedish.</p>

<p>After my brother graduates from hs (two years), my parents are buying a house and retiring to Florida.</p>

<p>sometimes I hate how some parents make it seem like we stop them from doing the things they want to do so they do it once we’re gone. But we’re not gone forever, we come home in the summer of course.</p>

<p>Well my brother will be a freshmen in HS next year. I think they are planning on using my room for storage. Normally, I wouldn’t have a problem with it, but they’re going to mess it up like they do every other room in the house.</p>

<p>My parents have 3 children, and I’m the middle child. They’re thinking of having a foreign exchange student move in next year into my room (we actually have one right now, but she sleeps in the guest bedroom).</p>

<p>Dad’s selling the house, buying a new one… then he’s traveling with my little bro</p>

<p>When the time comes, my parents will probably be happy to have all the kids out of the house and no more argueing =)</p>

<p>my parents aren’t planning anything… my sisters are though. my sister is going to get my bedroom and my car. the other sister gets the old bedroom. I think I’m going to barely be out of the driveway when she moves in. and they’ve said we’re not switching back over breaks. I’m not too happy with all the planning they’ve been doing…</p>

<p>my parents will be free to deal with my two bratty siblings. Not much time for travelling. Ahh life will be fine =]</p>

<p>nothing, because I’m not going “off” to college. I’m staying with my parents, just as they made my older brother do. So the household environment isn’t going to change much.</p>

After everyone is out of the nest, my parents are planning to move to the South and travel a lot to different countries/continents.
Lucky them.</p>
