Hey guys, I recently received my GED and want to enroll in CUNY community college as an undergrad in the field of engineer science (later to go on to complete course work at a senior college.) The degree is an a.s. in Engineering Science and then the articulation agreement for transfer is with City College. I did rather well on my GED tests however, i am wondering what type of pre-req’s I would possibly be looking at and if id be able to complete them in one semester. Im talking worst case scenario. I am well aware that engineering students usually have taken most of the pre-reqs in high school; However, I have recently arrived to the states and just completed my GED. I am positive that I want to go into civil engineering specializing in Structural Engineer. Am i going to be looking at more than one semester of math and english pre-reqs. Plus with i need any pre-reqs in order to take the science classes (physics I, II. Chemistry I, II.) Thanks in advance guys.
