Hi I’m a junior and interested biology-human interface kind of stuff.
I would like do something is a mix between what Hiroshi Ishi at MIt media lab is doing but with emphasis on biomedical aspects.
Do you guys know any program or research that is related to what I’m thinking?.

The best thing to do is a bit of research on your own. Look at papers in the field that you are interested in and then see who the authors are. This way you can build an idea of who is who in the field.

Well, there are human-computer interaction PhD programs. You may also be interested in cognitive science, sociobiology or psychobiology/biological psychology depending on your interests.

But probably you could also go to a traditional discipline (biology, neuroscience, computer science, etc.) and do this kind of work if you had someone to advise you and you took enough coursework in the other area.

There’s some cool human-computer interaction stuff going on at University of Michigan. Check out their mechanical engineering department, in particular the labs of Brent Gillespie and Kathleen Sienko. Also look at the work of JE Colgate and Michael Peshkin at Northwestern.
