<p>Cytosport, they come in big 5 lb bags at Costco for only $30 but they taste like ****. 27g protein/scoop though (8-10 fl oz)</p>

<p>^ dude i get cytosport from costco too! (i always do 2 scoops with a cup of milk…so 79 grams for a drink) EAS recovery shakes are a must as well.</p>
