<p>Living expenses in Hawaii are quite expensive. Very little of the income is actually available. Trying to get out of state, but have very little money to pay for it.</p>

<p>Try Saint Louis University. It has a formula for $$ off tuition based on GPA and ACT</p>

<p>You might also want to look into the western undergraduate exchange program which allows residents of certain western states to attend school in another state at a reduced tuition rate
