Hello everyone. I have two worrying circumstances - graduating high school in 2012, and having graduated high school with a below average GPA. Now, assuming I can achieve a good score in IELTS/SAT/GRE/GMAT/TOEFL, what are my chances of getting into a reputed college? And what are some of the best colleges that would accept my application despite my circumstances?
My options aren’t confined to the US. Europe or Australia are fine too as long as it’s a renowned college.
Any and every advice is welcome. Thank you.

@ahnafakeef potential major? Any desired location you’d like to study? How much can you or your family afford? You haven’t provided any info for us to give you advice.
Also, I haven’t heard of anyone taking the GRE or GMAT for undergraduate admissions. I’ve only heard of the GRE being used for graduate admissions (GRE = Graduate Records Examination).
Currently considering photography as a potential major. Ideally, UK or Europe would be desirable. US$15,000 per year should be doable on my part, but scholarships are always a welcome option.
