What schools should a slightly above average student look for? (business)

Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: *ty UWGPA, *
**ty essay I guess.
Where else were you accepted/deferred/rejected: IDK

Colleges use the UW GPA in their Common Data Set info. Your GPA falls in the bottom 15%. http://www.villanova.edu/enroll/assets/documents/CDS_2011-2012.pdf IMO that's why you were deferred. Maybe consider Holy Cross or Fordham?

Thanks for answering, I can definitely see why now. Its a bit misleading to post just weighted gpa stats on villanova's site. As I am applying for VSB it should also be a bit harder than VSB's other programs other than engineering I guess.

I guess I am a bit bitter considering that I am on a high trend and have been taking very difficult classes.

I feel that my stats + criteria severely limits my choices.

Boston U, U of Vermont, U of New Hampshire, UMass.

How is your unweighed GPA in 10th and 11th grade?
