What schools should I be looking at? (Low SAT and ACT)

I’m a rising senior with the following stats:

SAT/ACT: 2000 (640 CR, 690 M, 670 W)/ 30 (26 English, 32 Science, 39 Math, 31 Reading, 10 on writing)

8 AP Classes at the completion of my Senior Year (My school only offers 6) [No scores returned yet]
3.75 GPA (One B since my freshman year)
[Class rank is low (top 20%), but I’m the only person in school history to take all 6 AP courses offered by the school]

Calculus BC, AP Biology, AP Literature, and a self-study in Biological Algorithms are included in the composition of my Senior schedule.

I’ll take SAT II’s if necessary

Varsity Letterman in four different sports (Various awards in Tennis)
Two different academic teams, state finalist with one
Show Choir
National Honor Society
Various leadership academies
I give speeches on environmental awareness and the importance of tolerance at my school

Additional info: I go to a rural school in Indiana which has only sent one student to an Ivy League school and has only had three students in School History get a 1350/2000 on the SAT. I’m really hoping to shoot for some prestigious universities.

I’m also a white male

Thank you for all your help!

Well your scores are not very competitive, but you could try improving them. If not, there are some fantastic test optional schools like Bowdoin. Your location could also come to help you. (A 2000 isn’t a deal breaker for most great schools btw)
