-Student at a nearby drawing school (Third Grade-Sophomore Year) (Would have still been enrolled but it shut down)
-Member of my state’s Teenage Republican club (I will be volunteering/interning without pay for local candidates)
-National Honor Society
-French National Honor Society
-Starting my own club/class at school this year for fellow Republican students. (Already approved and will be taught/led by me and a friend once a week during school hours)
-Honor Roll (Large Number of Times)

That’s about everything. My top choice right now is UM (University of Miami). Do I have a shot? If so or if not, what schools do I have a shot in?

I am trying to raise my ACT to a 28-30, and 1900+ on SAT.

Let me add that there are no class ranks at my school. We go by a quintile system which basically sets you in a quintile by GPA. I’m in the second.

My school is ranked VERY highly nationwide, meaning that it is quite competitive. Upper Middle Class to Upper Class area. I’m not asian—shocker by my username. I’m white. :open_mouth:

You might want to look into some test-optional colleges. Your grades are competitive, but your scores are not especially. Otherwise, what are you interested in?

I’m thinking something business related, but I think I will apply as an undecided major.

Forgot to mention the following:

I’ve also been running my own eBay business since my Freshman Year of HS.

Also completed 3 Mooc Courses.

  1. Crafting an Effective Writer: Tools of the Trade (Taught by professors from Mt. San Jacinto College)
  2. Teaching Character and Creating Positive Classrooms (Taught by professors from Relay Graduate School of Education)

I completed my third class with distinction, but I was unable to obtain a certificate since I had to pay $49.

  1. New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs (Taught by professors from University of Maryland, College Park)
