What schools would be suitable for me?

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I am a student from Hong Kong currently studying in an international school.</p>

<p>I took my first ACT recently and i got 28 composite with a 10 essay score.</p>

<p>I am at the stage where I need to start to choose schools to apply to. However, I am not really sure what schools I can get in yet.</p>

<p>In your opinion, with my score, what colleges will be a match for me? I would like to study Psychology in college so what colleges will my score be suitable for? How about some safety schools too?</p>
