What schools would you recommend?

I want to go to school in the southwest area and am looking at UNM (my state school), University of Colorado- Denver, University of Nevada- Reno, and Westminster College. I have a 30 on the ACT (31 superscore) and a 3.5 unweighted GPA. What do you think?

I want to study neuroscience and psychology.

Would you consider a block schedule? Colorado College would be worth looking into. I assume you have no financial constraints?

You will most likely get the UNM Presidential Scholarship at UNM with your stats (if you fill out the separate scholarship application) which will cover your fees, books, or part of your housing/meal plan. From a financial perspective, UNM would be your best option because it would be free.
