What Schools?

I would like to apply for either sophomore or junior year (I’m a late August birthday). Freshman year I had almost a straight A+ average in all honors courses. This year I am taking two AP courses (more than my school allows for sophomores) and have a mix of As and Bs (about half and half I think). I test very well, in seventh grade SAT I was above the average for college bound seniors. I am a competitive swimmer and have been for a while, but I’ll admit I’m not too good. I play piano, am involved in Chinese club (I’m white) and amnesty international. Assuming my SSAT scores are between 97 and 99 percentile, what are some good schools to apply to? I am looking for a good combination of safeties, reaches, and matches.
Thanks so much!

You need to think about a few things to narrow down your search.
Things like - do you want a school with a dresscode or not? Saturday classes? Will you consider single-gender schools?
Since you swim - do you want the chance to swim competitvely at school? That one could narrow down your choices significantly. Do you take Chinese or want to? Again, it’s a growing language, but not all schools offer it yet.
Do you / your parents have a geographical range?

What things are most important to you? There are fold here with lots of great ideas and info, if you can help narrow things down.
