What scores should I send?

I’ll be a senior this year. My three top choices right now are Colorado School of Mines, University of Minnesota, and Northeastern University. When I took the SAT and ACT, I sent my free score reports to different colleges (I’ve done a lot of college research since then).

My scores
33 ACT (35 E, 34 M, 34 R, 29 S, 8 essay)
2240 SAT (660 CR, 790 M, 790 W)

Would it be worth it to send both scores to each of the three schools, or should I just send one?

Seems like the SAT is slightly higher as a 33 ACT converts to 2160-2220:

Consider saving money and sending only the SAT as long as you have any necessary Subject tests.

Both are very good. Send either (none of the schools you listed are so selective as to complain that you only sent one).
