<p>I recently pleaded no contest to a underage drinking violation. It is considered a county ordinance violation in my area. The common application asks to check if i have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor. My District Attorney said that it is neither. Do i check yes or no. I am 17 now and will be applying to college before i am 18 and able to seal my records.</p>
<p>Since it’s not a misdemeanor or felony, say “no.”</p>
