<p>An uncle of mine has arranged for me to have lunch with a professor who might a good word in for me to the admissions committee and im not sure what to ask about the school or what to prepare before the lunch. Any advice?</p>

<p>Ask him about what he does/researches and be prepared to have your ear talked off. Make sure to seem interested, even if you aren’t. Ask what programs are strong at the university. Tell him about your goals and ask for some advice. Just be a humble, easy to talk to person :)</p>
<p>Act VERY interested. Keep asking him questions and keep nodding your head like your in a rap video.
Then when he gives you time to talk, tell him what you’re impressed by in terms of the school’s programs.
Try to relate to him to if you can. Maybe his into some country music - make sure you know the lyrics to every Tim Mcgraw song. If you can, try to teach him how to dougie. If you can do this, you are in for sure.</p>
<p>Okay, maybe not the dougie, but you get what I mean. Show him that you will be an active lively member of that campus.</p>
