<p>Okay I’m in a silly predicament, what would you rather choose a 3rd tier private university where students have said to be satisfied, most happy, and is on the quarter system, or a nationally ranked public university that is expensive and is on the semester system? Note both have similar tuition costs. I think quarter system would suit me best considering I want to graduate earlier than '09, but my parents think I’m crazy considering the public university recieved a better ranking. What should I do?</p>
