What should I do now?

I am the community college student who strived to transfer to UCI and UCD computer science.
Well. Unfortunately, I got a regret message from two schools.
It’s because I got a D in my Calc II class.

Now, the question is.
I’m not sure I should study one more year for transfer UCI, UCR, SDSU SJSU, UCSD
I don’t know what should I do.
I studied in CC two years now.
I have to decide that going back to work or study one more year.

The good thing is my GPA now 3.53 and will change to around 3.7 - 3.8 since I will receive at least B on my Calc II (retake) this semester.

I get all A’s in my major prep except Calc II (Java, C++, Calc I)

but I still have to take Physics, Linear, Discrete Mathematics, Electricity and Magnetism, and Calc III

Should I give up and go back to work field, or try one more year?

Talk to your CCC Guidance Counselor who has seen this before. They know what options you have and what may work.
