I live in Missouri and I have always thought to be one of the better students in my grade. When it comes to testing scores I am the top of my class but I want to go to Columbia. As a sophomore, I had a revelation that I’m not as unique as I wanted to be. I always thought to myself, what should I do. Recently I have started to reach out to local universities and organizations to see what kind of research opportunities there are but I understand that Columbia wants leaders future CEOs and politicians. What steps should I take to become a more interesting person and actually stand out in a unique way since they don’t just care about Academic ability? And want to see the leaders of the world?
