What should I do to qualify for Financial Aid?

<p>I’m a senior year student in ethiopia.
I’m trying to get financial aid. Is there anything I should do or know about finacial aid? And where can I find a student councilor.
From where do I start?-Please tell me anything-I’m desperate for help?</p>
