What should I do to up my chances for Stanford...?

I’m a junior at a public high school in West Virginia! I’m aiming for Stanford (which is probably a reach at this point…) but looking at JHU, UCB, Columbia, Northwestern, and Duke. I haven’t really made an official list yet……. What colleges do you think I should look at?

GPA: 4.00 unweighted don’t know what it would be if it was though
Rank: 1/ 400 something
SAT 1: M: 800, W: 710 CR: 640 (retaking in March hopefully in 2300’s)
ACT: Didn’t take, should I take it?
SAT II: MIIC: 770 going to take Bio, Chem, and maybe another one this June hopefully in upper 700’s and 800.
APs: Taking 5 this year (Bio, Chem, US History, Lang. and Comp. Calc AB) out of the 10 offered at my school, taking the other 5 next year. Let’s pretend I get all 5’s~
Course Load: Honors and APs all through high school except some like PE that were required. All A’s

Activities/ Awards:
Various city-wide to regional writing, math, art, and chemistry awards
Community service in various places in my area, neurology dep of WVU and newspaper publisher in China (so yeah~ I’m asian)
Published article in a newspaper in China
Tennis JV then Varsity
In alot clubs like NHS and science honorary with some leadership positions
Science Bowl Team, might be captain next year
Trying for National Chemistry Olympiad, though dunno how far I’ll get.
Will probably be a National Merit Semifinalist since the qualifying mark here is kinda low and my score was decent.
National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine (does that even really count for anything?)
Might get into the state’s Governor’s Honors Academy this summer
Got a job at Harvard somewhere this summer
I think I need a hook… but don’t know what it would be….
My dad got his MD at Stanford
thnx for your help :D
