<p>You can major in anything. Getting an MBA after you have some work experience might be useful, although they’re a dime a dozen these days.</p>
<p>E.g. Steve Ballmer, Microsoft, majored in math and economics. A person who came in to give a presentation at my school originally got a degree in mining engineering, and is now the president of a chemical company. Your major does not necessarily limit your career options, as much of what you’ll need to know will be learned on the job.</p>
