What should I send to colleges?

<p>I got my ACT score back and I’m soo ****ed…I got a 28 when I was scoring 32 on practice tests. This always happens…am I stupid or something?</p>

<p>Neway now I have to choose whether to send my 28 or 1240 (1900) to schools? What would you recommend?</p>
