I am an international student (I am Thai) who wishes to apply Andover, Exeter, Deerfield, St Paul, St Marks, Concord, and Holderness school in 2015 for 11th grade. I have only 3 months left before the deadline of the application for these schools. Right now my SSAT score is 65% from last year score, and TOEFL is only 77 which is so low. I take Algebra II Honors, Chemistry (might do Honors class), Composition and Literature, European History. I have been in New Zealand before for 3 years and this is my first year in USA which is 10th grade. Right now I am in a prep school in New England (KUA)
I will talk to the admission if I earned SSAT score like 90%+ to negotiate school not to do TOEFL.

With over 3 years in an English-speaking school, you won’t need the TOEFL for some of these schools (you won’t at Concord). However, at Concord you’ll need to take the PSAT or SAT for 11th grade admission, rather than the SSAT.

How about Andover and Exeter (my first option). Do they require TOEFL for an international who has been in English speaking school over 3 years?

Unless things are going very badly for you, why not consider staying at KUA?
I would be more cautious about posting information…given the info you’ve already shared online, it probably isn’t too hard for someone at KUA reading this forum to know who you are…maybe you don’t care if they know?

Why don’t you call the admissions office and ask? Lawrenceville required a TOEFL even though I had been in an English speaking school for a lot longer than 3 years. Every school is different.
