What should I take over the summer?

<p>I want to take summer classes over the summer but I’m undecided between speech and a Bioinformatics class and a language and a bioinformatics class. </p>

<p>Basically, I think Speech might help because I stutter and it might make me a better public speaker. But I also think taking a language might help me because I only know English. </p>

<p>As for language, which language should I take? (I’m undecided between Spanish, French, and Japanese). I’m going to be an Biomed Engineer, so which one will help more? </p>

<p>So, basically speech or language? If language, which one?</p>

<p>I’d take Speech in the summer and get it over with if its a requirement for your degree. Sometimes the class sizes are smaller in summer and that can make it easier when you have to give a speech. </p>

<p>As for a foreign language, I’m fluent in French, so I’m biased. For Biomed, have you considered German, my advisor recommends it for students in the sciences.</p>
