what should I take

I’m studyin’ philosopy in Turkey (METU) my general history is good so I’ll take history and in our education system mat education is hard and competitive so I learnt a lot (I forgot most of it but next year I’ll take my university’s legendary calculus so I can expect at least 770 from mat1.) but for the third one I’m not sure, I want to be an engineer. My bio was very well but I’m not sure what is bio/m or bio/e and what are they for? And what are you suggeting to study history and bio?

thank you for your help

For the biology subject test, both Bio/E and Bio/M have the same first 60 questions, which are just about biology in general. Then, you may choose either the Ecology or Molecular section, which the remaining 20 questions will be about. So, choose Bio/E if you feel more comfortable answering questions concerning ecology (populations, energy flow, etc), and choose Bio/M if you woulld rather answer questions about molecular biology (biochemistry, photosynthesis, etc).

thank you very much for your answer that was really helpfull

If you are taking calculus, you should look into Math II as it should be do-able for you.

I’ll probably do Mat II but Mat I is easier and I looked some university’s requirements they say Mat I or Mat II ? Or isn’t it like this?

Yes, most universities take either. But some need Math II. Look into it for the universitys you go to. But Math II is a lot easier to get an 800 on because of the curve if you know the material. On math ii, you could get 4 or so wrong, but still get an 800. But on math i, if you miss even 1 problem, you won’t get an 800. Plus, Math II is viewed as harder by colleges.
