What sorts of things do UIUC freshmen on a non school days/night (Fri and Saturday)?

If u dont have tickets to the game, what are the options to 'get into ’ / see it? is it on tv or the radio , at the bars, on the big screen tv in the dorms perhaps or in the union?

<p>Yes-bars show the games, other places probably have vewing parties and there are always students selling their football/basketball tickets to each game so even if you don’t buy a season ticket, you’ll have a chance to go to some games. There are facebook groups by Class (ie UIUC Class of 2015 Facebook Group) and there’s a U of I student ticket exchange FB group.</p>
