But you must have the required papers to claim the same. One thing to care is that, before everything you should understand well about the required format. OP: When you apply (most schools use the Common App), there is a section which allows you to list your ECs. You do it there. Most schools don’t require essays. Some do and will have a prompt question for you to answer. Ignore @SteveJones
My daughter put her resume in that section as it gave more details as to her academics/ECs etc.
Unusual/Special Circumstances such as a death in the family, illness,anything that can’t be put elsewhere in the application and affected you during high school.
If the 10 slots for activities or however many slots for awards don’t fit all the tings you accomplished, then you can put the extra ones in the additional info section.
