<p>I am a junior in undergrad. Over last summer I did organic chemistry research with a professor I have a really good relationship with. I have continued this research this semester and will be publishing the research with him later this year. </p>
<p>I am wondering if it would be better, or even matter (med-school-wise), to do research with him again next summer or to instead apply to the National Institutes of Health research program and do research there?</p>
<p>If it makes any difference, I go to a small liberal arts school with a fairly strong science program and have a 3.98 GPA, 4.00 science.</p>
