What tier of universities should I accept to?

Freshman Year I ended with a 3.84 UW and a 4.35 Weighted
Sophmore Year I ended with a 3.9 UW and a 4.6 Weighted(2 APs)
Junior year I will be taking 4 APs
A+ = 4.3
Honors +.5
Accelarated +.75
AP +1

I expect I will do very well on my SAT since I’m a good tester

My only weak point on my application will probally be my class rank. Apart from being a top 5 ranked high school in MA with many intelligent students. . I’m probally in the top 4-8%

I’ve been wondering what tier universities should I be looking at. Like berkley, duke, vanderbuilt, georgetown, or slightly lower university like Michagan, UCLA, and UNC

Test scores? EC’s? GPA is a big part of the admission process but not the only one. You are on the right tract but come back end of Junior year with all pertinent information so posters can give you an idea of your chances.

My advice, talk to your parents about costs/budget. For most applicants, this will determine which schools you can or need to apply. For example, if you are in-state CA then UCLA will probably be affordable, but as an out of state applicant, you are looking at double the costs.
