Last year it was around 1am, now it’s closer to 11 or 11:30.

Wow I’m glad I’m not the only person who stays up late. Sometiems when I talk to some of my friends who regularly get a healthy amount of sleep (which sounds so nice) I think I’m crazy.

11:30-11:45 is probably a pretty average weeknight for me…

but then there are days when I’m asleep by 10:30 and weeknights when I don’t go to be until 2… so I guess it varies.

Around 12am.

anywhere from 10pm-1am

I usually go to bed around 11 pm.

11pm-12am. Very rarely before or after.

11:30pm - 1:30am

I aim to go to bed by 10-10:30, but I end up going to bed at 11-11:30

i tend to go to bed around 12- 12:30 and get up around 6

10-11 and get up at 630

Usually go to bed between 10:30 and 11:00. My alarm goes off at 7:00am and I’m out the door by 7:30.

12:00 AM - 2:00AM (I usually try getting in a nap or two if I know that I have to stay up late)

Around 10 or 11.

haha 9:30-10

I know a lot of people who stay up past midnight, but I would not be able to concentrate in school if I did that

10PM-3AM

This year, the 3 AM thing has been rare. I almost always get under 6 hours though. if I go to bed at 10, that’s because it’s on a day like M, T, or W when I have college classes and I don’t get home until 9:30. I go to bed at 10:00 and wake up at 4 or earlier to start homework. Over 4 hours of sleep is good. Under 3 hours is bad and if it gets down that low, sometimes I reconsider and don’t sleep at all.

I’ve been dealing with my sleep dilemma since freshman year. If I’m not staying up late to my homework because I’ve either procrastinated or done some errand or other, then I’m laying in my bed from 9-12 trying to sleep! I think after months of cramming and all-nighters I’ve developed DSPS…

Hahaha, on average I get 4 hours of sleep a day. I used to daydream possibilities of having more hours in a day. Then I realized that teachers could then give us even more homework. Yup there’s no way out of this.

Oh wells, my friends val, and she NEVER get’s below an 5 hours of sleep. It’s crazy!
Moral: it depends on how well you work. Don’t freak out, and think you’re an insomniac when you start pulling all nighters ( just try to avoid doing so).

sleep at 11 and up at 6:30.

Why does school start so early?

Dont they know that teens need to sleep in late…

Nightly “bedtime” varies, though I typically aim for some time between 9-11 p.m., my alarm clock is set for 6:15 Monday-Friday, so as you can see, I don’t get too much sleep after you subtract the 1-2 hours I spend seemingly tirelessly rolling around in my bed.
